EURAXESS Faroe Islands Network
EURAXESS Faroe Islands has Service Centres or Contact Points in all public research institutions and in the industry.
Our EURAXESS Service Centres and Contact Points help researchers and their families to plan and organise their move to the Faroe Islands. We provide personalised support and advice in all matters related to academic mobility and researchers´ career in the Faroe Islands.
We are part of the European EURAXESS Network, a joint initiative of the European Commission with 43 countries.
All services of the EURAXESS Network are free of charge.
Bridgehead organisation
Research Council Faroe Islands
is the Bridgehead Organisation of EURAXESS Faroe Islands.
The objective of the Bridgehead Organisation is to coordinate the EURAXESS network of the Faroe Islands. The Bridgehead Organisation is also in charge of the EURAXESS Faroe Islands portal which provides information on practicalities to mobile researchers.

The University of the Faroe Islands
has a EURAXESS Service Centre offering personal guidance and assistance for foreign researchers who are planning to move to the Faroe Islands for work or already working at the University.
